If we have sold out all our tickets, I am afraid we will not have any more tickets to sell if you email us asking for them.
We continually ask our guests, if they are able to attend and if not ask for a refund. We then put the tickets back on sale at our ticket office.
If you have misplaced your e-ticket, you can still arrive using your surname.
